Nick co-founded VennPoint in 2015 to build a real estate investment platform focused on multifamily opportunities and long-term value creation. As Chief Executive Officer, he sets the firm’s strategic vision, leads major partnerships, and guides the continued expansion of VennPoint’s platform, team, and investor relationships. He works closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into execution and plays a central role in firmwide decision-making, ensuring the company is built for long-term success.  

Prior to starting VennPoint, Nick served as Managing Director at Cresset Real Estate Partners. Earlier in his career, he practiced law for seven years as a commercial litigator at K&L Gates, where he developed a strong legal and analytical foundation that continues to inform his approach to structuring and executing investments. 

Nick earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a J.D. From the University of Michigan, and AB from Brown University. 

Kellie serves as Chief Operating Officer of VennPoint Real Estate and President of VennPoint Communities, where she leads the firm’s operating platforms across asset management, property operations, and renovations. She plays a critical role in translating VennPoint’s investment strategy into day-to-day execution and long-term portfolio performance. 

Kellie brings more than 30 years of experience building and leading high-performing real estate organizations. Prior to joining VennPoint, she served as Regional Vice President of Pinnacle, where she oversaw a portfolio of more than 4,000 apartment homes and was responsible for executing the business plan and performance strategy for each asset. Earlier in her career, she was President of Juniper Communities, where she led operations and growth across the platform. 

Kellie is a managing broker in Illinois, a court-appointed receiver, and currently serves as Board Member of the Chicagoland Apartment Association, where she is also a Past President. She studied Communications at the University of Illinois-Chicago. 

Scott Levine serves as Chief Investment Officer at VennPoint, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy and execution across multifamily acquisitions, development, and preferred equity platforms, and oversees capital markets, fundraising, and investor relations across the portfolio.

Scott brings more than 20 years of real estate experience across acquisitions, capital raising, and asset management. Prior to joining VennPoint, he spent more than 13 years at Banner Real Estate Group, where he served as both Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, he directed strategy for new multifamily investments and the existing portfolio, while leading fundraising and investor relations across multiple investment platforms.

Scott began his career in JPMorgan Chase’s real estate group. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Sam is Vice President of Acquisitions at VennPoint and is responsible for sourcing new acquisition opportunities, oversight of underwriting and deal vetting processes, financing through capital markets, and providing strategic guidance to the investment committee on portfolio strategy.  Prior to joining VennPoint, he was part of HFF’s Investment Advisory practice, where he was involved in over $2B of CRE investment sales and equity placements.  Sam is also an active member of the community, currently serving on the Federation’s National Young Leadership Cabinet and on multiple local boards and committees.  Sam holds a B.S. in both Finance and Operations Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Kevin Gerbie is an Acquisitions Associate at VennPoint Real Estate, responsible for market analysis, deal sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence across the acquisitions and development process. Kevin also supports the asset management and investor relations teams with investor reporting, budget forecasting, and advising on value-add and capital management strategy.

Kevin is actively involved in the community, serving as Co-Chair of the Chicago Federation’s Real Estate Emerging Professionals board and helping launch a Chicago chapter connecting University of Michigan alumni across the commercial real estate industry. Kevin graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Becky joined VennPoint with over 18 years of experience in Property Management, with a focus on acquisitions, underwriting, and budgeting. At VennPoint, Becky focuses on performance management, financial and market analytics, and operations to drive cross-platform continuity.

Previously, Becky worked at Cushman & Wakefield as an Operations Analyst, Director of Portfolio Management, and Senior Director. She led the development and implementation of a comprehensive management system for a portfolio of over 20,000 units.
