Who We Are
VennPoint Real Estate was founded in 2015 as an opportunistic real estate investment firm focused on complex transactions that required nuanced analysis and a unique perspective to accurately assess risk and drive alpha to investors. Through the lens of risk-adjusted investing, VennPoint has acquired or developed over 3,500 multifamily units and executed over $600M of transaction volume.
What We Do
VennPoint focuses on the acquisition, financing, and development of multifamily properties in stable growth markets. Through a risk-adjusted lens and with fixed rate, low leverage across our portfolio, VennPoint is able to weather market volatility while driving cash flow and value to investors.
